This training was developed during the evaluation of various Strength and Fitness trainer courses. During this evaluation of existing training it quickly became apparent that too many training courses only partially address important issues that you deal with as a strength and fitness trainer. These courses proved to be too rigid, especially in terms of purely technical knowledge of several important factors. This training explains how the A-KT can be realized with a waterfall of knowledge.


Target audience; Athletes, physiotherapists, sports masseurs, fitness trainers, personal trainers
Number of participants; minimum 10, maximum 20
Number of contact days; 12 days. One lesson every 2 weeks, so 2 lessons per month for a total of 12 lessons for 6 months.
Course time; Sat 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Lesson lasts 5 hours, including 2 x 15-minute coffee breaks and a half-hour lunch break. The lesson consists of 2 hours of theory and 2 hours of practice.
Number of contact hours; 60
Study load; 15-25 hours per week
Didactic method; Theory practice
Assessment; Theory and Practical test at the end of the training.
Closing; After participating in the exam, the student receives the diploma.
Study material; During the training, the book Training All Round Power Trainer is used. This book is included in the course fee.
